Keystone Exterior Designs, LLC connectors used in your product are warranted to be be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. All lumber used in Keystone products are pressure treated to prevent fungal decay and termite infestation and the manufacture's warranty is extended to the original consumer purchaser per the terms of the pressure treater's warranty. Details of that warranty are available upon request to Keystone Exterior Designs, LLC. Your deck product is not a maintenance free product. Foot traffic, weathering, and UV rays of the sun will affect the wood's surface in general. To keep your product looking better longer, we recommend that a water repellent be applied every two years. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, neglect, abuse, freight damage, and damage due to improper assembly or maintenance. Costs associated with the delivery, installation, removal, or reinstallation of the lumber and connectors covered under are the responsibility of the consumer.
